He has written on prescription drug regulation\, pricing medicines\, the re-importation of prescription drugs from Canada into the U.S.\, intellectual property law\, financing of hospitals\, medical savings accounts.<o:p></o:p>\n             Before joining Pacific Research Institute\, Graham was Director of Health & Pharmaceutical Policy Research at the Fraser Institute\, Canada’s leading free-market think tank. He speaks frequently on radio & TV\, and at conferences in the U.S.\, Canada\, & Europe. He received his M.B.A. from the London Business School and his B.A. in economics & commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada.\n
